Idk why, just decided to share this.

Ingredients:
bacon grease
flour
cider (alcoholic or NA, may substitute with apple juice)
egg
bread crumbs
cinnamon
nutmeg
rosemary
sage
brown sugar
bacon grease

Heat a heaping tablespoon of bacon grease on a frying pan and heat on medium-low
Place a moderate layer of flour on your cutting board and proceed to tenderize chops, ensuring both sides are well-coated with flour and dry to the touch
Peat your egg(s) in cider until even, with a slight layer of froth on the surface. Add cinnamon and nutmeg for taste
Mix remaining ingredients in bowl
Soak Chops in egg mixture and then add healthy coating of spiced bread crumbs
Cook until center of chops are white, ensuring to turn over frequently to heat both sides and prevent the sugar from burning
It's goddamn delicious.

There are no pork chops in this recipe.

...

Is "pork chops" a euphemism for congealed bacon grease?

Dammit, I forgot to add that. It's in the title, does that count?

I make tons of delicious shit, mostly baking, but when I cook I do that shit right.

Golgothos' Stir Fry, feeds 3 or 1 man

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 1/2 Yellow Onions
1 Clove Garlic (NOT THE WHOLE FUCKING THING JUST ONE CLOVE JESUS FUCK YOU'LL RUIN IT)
2 Carrots
4 Green Onions
1 Zucchini
1 Whole sprig Broccoli
1 Red Pepper
3 Chicken Breasts
1 Fish (Pretty much anything but Salmon will work)
1-2 Cup Rice (depends on your liking)
No stir fry sauce because it's a crutch for gooks

Breading Ingredients:
4 parts Flour
2 parts Old Bay Seasoning
1 part Black Pepper

Step 1
Defrost your meats and cut up your vegetables. 1 carrot should be shaved, one should be chopped up. Get the skin off the Garlic Clove, cut it up, and set it aside. All vegetable bits should be small so you can get as many flavors into one bite as possible, but don't get too small or you'll burn shit and probably cut yourself. Mix the veggies up in a large bowl like you're tossing a salad or some shit. Don't mix in the garlic, it cooks too fast.

Step 1A
Begin cooking your rice

Step 2
Cut up the chicken and fish into bits the size of your thumb above the joint. Lightly bread them and keep the two meats seperate.

Step 3
Put 1Tbsp oil into your cast iron skillet (If you dont have a seasoned cast iron skillet in your kitchen what the fuck are you even doing?) and set it above medium-high heat. Wait for the oil to warm up.

Step 4
Turn the heat down a bit and put the chicken in the pan. You have to be careful in this bit, undercooked chicken kills niggas. You'll probably have to add a second Tbsp of oil halfway through. Make sure to turn the chicken over periodically so it cooks evenly.

Step 5
Add the fish and give them a few seconds to cook with the chicken, then add all the vegetables. Stir that shit continuously and add the remaining vegetable oil. Keep stirring until everything looks browned and tasty.

Step 6
Add the Garlic and continue to stir for another minute or so, then take it off the heat.

Step 7
Mix in the rice (probably in a bowl or something, the skillet should be pretty full.) Add a shitload of salt, pepper, and Old Bay.

Eat that shit.

Ooo, I like the idea of combining chicken and fish in one stir fry. Have to wait on that til I can afford a real cast iron skillet tho.
